REFUNDS ( Please note refunds exclude Afterpay Purchases )

At French Bikini we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and our aim is for you to love your lingerie purchase. We understand that you may receive your order and discover that it is not the right fit or not exactly what you were after. You can get a full refund upon returning your order within 14 days. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us via phone 1300 33 5000 or email hello@frenchbikini.com.au . As soon as we receive your return we will issue you a full refund and notify you via email. If you have any questions about refunds please contact us as we are more than happy to guide you through this process. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags on.

French Bikini recommends returning your items via Registered Post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. There is no need to return the gift box with your items. 

AFTERPAY REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds for orders made using Afterpay . If you have used Afterpay  and wish to return your item/s, French Bikini will issue a credit note or exchange. 

A request for a credit note or exchange can be completed by emailing us at hello@frenchbikini.com.au . Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

For us to process your exchange or return for a credit note, items must be unworn and in original condition with tags on.

EXCHANGES

At French Bikini we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and our aim is for you to love your lingerie purchase. If your lingerie is not the right fit or style please contact us via phone 1300 33 5000 or email hello@frenchbikini.com.au We may be able assist you in finding an alternative product or different size. You will need to return your products.  As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched the next working day after we have received your return in good condition. If your chosen product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. French Bikini will keep in touch with you and let you know what is happening with your exchange.
